To extend the service life of the oil cylinder, adhere to the following requirements:
1. Recommended Hydraulic Oil
Use N46 anti-wear hydraulic oil.
2. Hydraulic Oil Replacement Schedule
Replace the hydraulic oil three months after initial installation;
Thereafter, replace the hydraulic oil annually (once per year).
3. Daily Operational Requirement
Perform at least one full raising and lowering cycle daily,this helps purge air from the system, preventing cylinder corrosion and seal damage caused by trapped air or moisture;
4. Piston Rod & Surface Protection
Avoid impacts or scratches on the piston rod’s outer surface;
Regularly remove debris from the dust ring and piston rod to prevent contamination;
